H-HEY GUYZ. Remember my dumbassery last Friday about going out of town and I messed up the weekends? And then I totally forgot about it AGAIN until this morning? Yeah.

It's been a while since I've done this was it back in November? too lazy to look and I've even gotten a new character. Kairi's... been around a-haha, Mamori's been a spammer, and Izark has been bitchy like a bitchy thing.

So. Relationship meme. Please tell me who you play because I fail at remembering them all. ALSO I'll make this a hot or not meme since it's been a while since the I did that one, too. I'll reply as quick as I can to both~ ♥

ETA: I SHOULD CLARIFY for the hot or not... Kairi and Mamori's default value is 5 because that's "average" and Izark's is 1 because he tries to be asexual and fails. Kairi bases her scores on personality as well as looks; the more she likes them the higher the score.

OKAY. So Izark is the reincarnation of what's called the Sky Demon (天上鬼 "Tenjouki"), the greatest evil in the world. This is what causes him to have his superhuman abilities, i.e. strength, speed, hearing, agility, etc. Izark wants to keep this fact a secret for obvious reasons, but from time to time he will use his powers to help others out or whatever. The more he uses his power, or rather the more amount of power he uses, his appearance will change.

About 95% of the time, he will look as a tall, lanky, normal human. Some people might notice he's stronger/faster/whatever than most people, but this is his normal state of being so he doesn't use that much power (kind of like a default or neutral state). If he's ever using a little of his power, like controlling the wind or causing flames, he will look like this or this with cat-like eyes, fangs, and maybe pointed ears. I call this about one-quarter of his power. At "half" power, his hair turns white and his hands start to turn into claws like this. Three-quarters of his powers will make most of his skin scaly, like so, and if he's being pushed in a fight or is loosing control, a horn will appear on his forehead. His true form as the Sky Demon has black skin, the scales become to massive they start to form blades, and he grows huge, leathery wings. Here are some samples of what he looks like. I can almost guarantee he won't go full power unless something really drastic and dangerous is going on in camp.

So the point of this entry is that Izark's demon powers may ping quite a few people in camp. When he's normal, he shouldn't ping unless your character is extremely sensitive and can see auras or something similar. The more power he uses, the more noticeable he'll become, both ki-wise and appearance wise. If/When Noriko comes to camp, he'll also be able to use telepathy with her, so that might be picked up as well.

Medical Info: Healthy! But there are instances when he's drained and becomes very ill about twice a year. Kind of like a "recharge" on his powers. The illness usually lasts around a day or two, then a recovery of one day.
Eyes: (normal) black, sometimes look green or blue (transformed) "transparent," crystal blue, cat-like
Hair: (normal) long, jet black (transformed) long white
Physical traits: (normal) tall, skinny but muscular, somewhat "dark" tan, strong jaws, sharp nose, and thick eyebrows. Canon describes him as looking either Asian or Western. pretty boy~ Has slightly scaly skin from time to time, more than likely on his arms or legs, but he keeps it covered. (transformed) dark scaly skin that form "body blades", sharp claws and fangs, enormous leathery wings, and a single horn on his forehead.

What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Pretty much anything!

Mentionable IC: ...ahahaha. Unless he really trusts you, he will not talk about being the Sky Demon, and it will be quite a while until that happens with anybody. If and when someone learns about it, he won't want to talk about it anyway. He's a secretive person by nature. Families are a touchy subject for him, as well.

Abilities: Has control over the wind and the fire, super-human strength, speed, healing abilities, sight, and hearing. Can fly with wings when he's transformed. Also quite spiffy with a sword as he was a traveling warrior for hire, but he can use just about anything as a weapon. Also very flexible and athletic, can pass as an acrobat.

Notes for the Psychics: In canon, there are seers and fortune tellers who try to read his fortune and simply can't. All they see is a swirl of color and can't make anything out. For those that can feel reiki and spiritual power and yadda yadda, they shouldn't feel too much from Izark normally, but they may be pinged slightly if he experts anything more than normal (i.e. death match with Ikkaku or something). And you can bet your ass someone will notice when he transforms into the Sky Demon! He has telepathy, but only with the Awakening, aka Noriko. APP ME MY GIRLFRIEND. D:

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure! Just ask me first so we can work out the details of his demonic powers and stuff.

Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: --pfffft. Izark is not exactly a touchy-feely person. |D His childhood was rather traumatic, you see. You're more than welcome to hug/jump/whatever him, but he'll wtf at you and try to back off or push you away. He doesn't want anyone to find out he has scaly skin and all.

Maim/Murder/Death: Again, ask please. It's canon that he can have an arm sliced off and then reattach it when he transforms into the Sky Demon, but he'd rather not do that. XD

Cooking: Yes, he can. He had to fend for himself when nobody loved him. ):

Additional Notes:
Izark can use his powers without having to fully transform. He lifts a large bovine with one hand without exerting himself or breaking a sweat, what. But depending on how much power he is using, his appearance can vary. Most of the time he appears normal with no special changes. Some of the way he can look are:

• (one-quarter of power) slitted eyes and fangs with minor claws (relatively normal looking otherwise)
• (half of power) scaly skin (light), clear blue eyes, white hair, claws and fangs
• (three-quarters of power) same as above with horn on the forehead and more scales

Canon: Once upon a time, there was a girl who went to another world and fell in love with the main male character, and through many trials and tribulations saved the world and lived happily ever after. (No, this isn't Fushigi Yuugi.) Blown into a fantastical world, Noriko discovers that she is part of a prophecy that will one day change the world. It is foretold that the Awakening will come from another world and will drive everything into chaos with the Sky Demon. Soon after arriving, she meets Izark Kia Tarj, a traveling warrior for hire. Only problem is, she doesn't know that he's there to kill her.

All his life, Izark has known that he is the prophesized Sky Demon. Even his own parents feared him, and when he was still a child his mother tried to kill him. After he caused his village's destruction, Izark has strived to keep his identity and powers hidden. When he heard of the Awakening's coming, he set out to kill her before she could cause him to turn into an evil monster. Since he is the Sky Demon, Izark has super-human powers: incredible strength and speed, heals ridiculously fast, and can control wind and fire at will. Because of his past, Izark is a quiet loner and very cautious around strangers, often being very stoic and using his powers only when absolutely necessary. Despite his inner turmoil and insecurity, Izark is a very kind and gentle person. He genuinely feels for other people's suffering and has enormous angst because he might one day cause their pain and death. It is because of his empathy for others that he eventually opens to Noriko to respond to her love and accepts himself for what he is.

Well. This place is certainly... odd. I do not believe I have ever gotten lost before, which only increases my misgivings about this place. Granted, the sign just outside of the trees was not very helpful in giving directions. "Abandon hope, all who enter here" is not very encouraging. I have never seen something so foreboding written in bright colors and covered in flowers.

I do not wish to wish to ask for help and involve myself with others, but if it cannot be avoided--Ah, excuse me. I was wondering if you could direct me. ...No, I have no desire to fight you. If you could just show me the way, I... I see. None shall pass, you say. It seems I have no choice then.

While I have traveled to all manner of places, I have never met an opponent such as you before. Your stamina is certainly amazing, as is your determination. I respect your dedication to your duty of guarding the way through this forest, but you cannot tell me that is just a flesh wound. It seems your flesh is rotting, in any case. And please stop trying to bite my legs off, it simply will not work.

I... had not wanted to maim you any more than you already were. I certainly had not meant to decapitate you when I tried to kick you off, either. I should not have let my control slip like that. I am terribly sorry for your loss, but I need to keep moving to get back where I was before. I can at least help you gather your...pieces...before the wildlife gets to them. Most of the animals here are rather peculiar. The water foul are particularly interesting with their plumes of feathers. I mean flames. --wait, what.

But to be honest, I had not thought much of the purple--primates? Noriko told me about such creatures in her world, and several countries where I am from have purple and even pink mammals. It was actually their leader that caught me off guard. It looks fairly different from the others; it is taller, the belly is green, and has a scaly tail. It should not be too difficult to handle, should it be dangerous, but it is singing. That alone specifically would not bother me, but I really do not appreciate the way it keeps approaching me and hindering my passage.

For the last time, no, I would not like to be part of your happy family. Please. Stop hugging me.
